This project allows the microcontroller (ATmega328P) used in the Arduino UNO R3 to be used with minimum external components. This development board is low cost as it does not have a power supply circuit or interface circuit, and the microcontroller runs on the internal clock (8MHz), eliminating the need for an oscillator.
